What our Terms of Service mean?
To take or give service, everybody should have some terms and conditions based or policy. So we do have some too. And those terms and conditions means that anyone who will take service from our end, should be bound to accept all the conditions first. Terms and conditions what we apply to our visitor and customer are being mention below.
Communication and Discussion
Cut Out Quick is a brand located at Dhaka, Bangladesh, a Asia country. But we prefer to communicate all the way to our visitors and customers in English(USA), since Eng is an international language. So we would like to have any query in English language, and in the meantime, who inquire bound to write in English too. Other language could be considerable for first communication, but in work or future communication, we would love to be contacted in English. COQ also support via Telephone and Skype and in English here too.
Project Requirement Strategies
Requirement or instruction should have to be clear before start working on project image file. Somehow if customer changed their mind after do the job, COQ may keep the right to charge double to double work and double time they spent. But correction or revision under same instructions is FREE of cost till fully satisfied.
Cost Bargaining
Cost is a fact that usually fix up before start work on the project files. Negotiation and bargaining involved upon the quotation period. But after start work fixing the price, changing mind would not be accepted. A mutual deduction or less could be arranged by COQ if request looks logical, but not guaranteed.
Delivery
COQ is determined to work dedicatedly with every job so they always deliver all jobs within deadline. That means, it is guarantee that you will get the done image before end the deadline. But accident is accident, if something really got to be a matter for late delivery, without this, you can be hassle less to get done files timely.
Payment
COQ require an upfront payment for very new customer’s new job batch. But after doing work few weeks or a month, COQ basically like to offer weekly or monthly payment facility. We prefer PayPal payment that we believe maximum of our customer used to with. But you can also pay via your Master Card, VISA card, AMEX card, 2CO, Skrill, US Payment Service, Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, WesternUnion etc.
Backup of Image File
COQ usually delete all the worked file after a month each image batch from their local drive and FTP server including Dropbox, WeTransfer, HighTail. So asking for those previous batches after one month won’t work maybe.
